Job Description
Primary functions & responsibilities
Salesforce Development & Configuration
Build and enhance Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative configuration.
Implement user stories and requirements in alignment with architectural guidance and established coding standards.
Customize objects, fields, page layouts, record types, flows, validation rules, profiles, and permission sets.




Develop integrations with upstream and downstream systems using Salesforce APIs and integration patterns.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and release deployments.
Collaboration & Delivery
Work closely with the Salesforce Architect to ensure solutions align with platform strategy and long‑term design principles.
Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and end users to clarify requirements and understand business workflows.
Partner with QA teams to support testing cycles and resolve defects.
Participate in sprint ceremonies and Agile delivery activities.
Learning, Growth & Business Knowledge
Demonstrate curiosity and initiative in learning the asset management business, its products, and its client engagement model.
Stay current on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and best practices—especially in areas such as Flow automation, LWC, and platform AI capabilities.
