Job Summary
The Payroll & Benefits Specialist will be responsible for supporting accurate and timely payroll processing and benefits administration for employees in India. This role ensures compliance with applicable statutory requirements, internal policies, and payroll governance standards while delivering high-quality employee experience. The position partners closely with HR, Finance, external vendors, and employees to manage payroll inputs, benefits operations, reporting, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Administration




Support end-to-end payroll processing for employees in India in an accurate and timely manner.
Validate payroll inputs including new hires, exits, promotions, transfers, salary revisions, variable pay, leave adjustments, reimbursements, and deductions.
Review payroll data for completeness and accuracy prior to final submission.
Coordinate with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure payroll is processed in accordance with defined timelines.
Perform payroll reconciliations and support month-end closing activities related to payroll.
Maintain payroll records, reports, and audit documentation in line with internal controls and record retention requirements.
Respond to employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
