This is a hands-on opportunity for an AI-focused engineer to turn business challenges into practical, reliable, and scalable automated solutions. You will build AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, integrations, and workflows that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency. The role combines software development, LLMs, APIs, prompt engineering, automation platforms, and agentic workflows. You will work across the full delivery lifecycle, taking ideas from initial concept and experimentation through implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvement. The position offers significant autonomy and exposure to rapidly evolving generative AI technologies and automation tools. You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders while evaluating current technologies and identifying opportunities for meaningful automation.

Accountabilities:
Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, and automated business workflows.
Build agentic systems that combine LLMs, tools, APIs, business logic, and structured processes to execute real-world tasks.
Integrate LLMs and generative AI capabilities with internal systems, third-party platforms, and business applications.
Develop effective prompts, structured outputs, reusable AI components, and reliable workflows around generative AI models.
Build and optimize automation workflows using platforms such as Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar technologies.
Connect applications and business systems through APIs, webhooks, and event-driven integrations while maintaining reliable data flows.
Develop internal tools and technical solutions using Python and/or JavaScript/Typ
