This is a strategic and analytical role supporting go-to-market performance across Sales, Revenue Operations, and Finance. You will turn complex business data into actionable insights that help leadership make smarter decisions around forecasting, planning, productivity, and growth. The role combines advanced analytics, business modeling, reporting, and AI-powered tools to improve the efficiency of revenue operations. You will contribute to high-impact initiatives such as territory planning, quota modeling, headcount scenarios, QBRs, and annual planning. Working with stakeholders across India and the US, you will bring structure to ambiguous problems and communicate findings clearly to both technical and executive audiences. Accountabilities:




Conduct recurring and ad-hoc strategic analyses covering pipeline trends, segment performance, sales productivity, and other key commercial metrics.
Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for Sales, Finance, and business leadership.
Leverage AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, and similar technologies to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive reporting and data-cleaning tasks, and improve the quality of deliverables.
Support data sourcing, modeling, manipulation, and analysis for executive reporting, QBRs, annual planning, and strategic projects.
Contribute to territory mapping, quota modeling, headcount planning, and other commercial planning exercises using a structured, consulting-style approach.
Build and maintain dashboards and self-service reporting solutions using Tableau, Excel, and related analytical tools.
