What you can look forward to as Service Product Manager (m/f/d):

Managing and responsibility for the definition and process of our after Sales offering to supply and service products according to agreed quality, cost, time and budget
Propose the optimal product portfolio with respect to the service offering for the turbine platforms.Report/document the design solution to the Design Leader or Design Responsible in a qualified way for internal as well as external review and risk assessment.




Product repair and upgrade management according to the agreed procedures: - Develop product upgrade strategy striving towards minimal number of components and striving towards better product performance.
Perform Engineering Change Management and approvals in the After Sales phase. Participate and develop knowledge of 8D corrective methods
Technical customer communication management as representative of ZF at the customer on all technical aspects for released products and support customer related audits and certification processes
Management and reporting of product performance (quality and cost)

Your profile as Service Product Manager (m/f/d):

Master degree, preferably in mechanical or electromechanical engineering
Years of relevant experience: Minimum 5 years of experience, including 3 years of experience as Project-, product- or team manager, preferably in mechanical environment and with c
