As a Software Project Lead – Product & Platform Engineering, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end software product development programs and driving the successful execution of complex, cross-functional engineering initiatives. This role requires ownership of the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including product requirements, architecture reviews, development, quality assurance, release management, deployment, and post-release support.
You will lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams comprising Product Management, Software Development, Platform Engineering, Quality Assurance, DevOps, and Sustenance Engineering,



ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical strategy, and delivery commitments.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid blend of technical leadership, project execution, stakeholder management, and people management capabilities, with the ability to build, coach, and lead high-performing engineering teams while delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions. The role carries responsibility for talent development, performance management, organizational capability building, succession planning, employee engagement, and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
