The Network Engineer (L2) is responsible for
A. Active Involvement in Network Deployment and Customer Coordination.
B. Providing Senior level technical support for network-related issues.
C. Planing, Documentations, SoP, Knowledgebase maintenance.
D. Involvement in the Network Architecutre and Reviews
This role involves a mix of Network Project Deployments and Tech Support, monitoring network performance, troubleshooting basic connectivity problems, and escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams to ensure minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field.
Relevant networking certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+, etc.) are preferred.
4+ years of experience in network projects, support or Networking helpdesk workplace.
Experience in handling tickets and working in an SLA-based environment is an advantage.
Experiecne in Project Deployments,
Documentations, SOPs etc
Good understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN.
Knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies.
Good Knowledge of routers, switches, and firewalls.
Basic troubleshooting skills for network connectivity issues.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Good analytical thinking ability.
Basic documentation skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
