Job Title: Team Lead – US Recruitment (Non IT) Location: Gurgaon Employment Type: Full time Shift: Night Shift (EST/CST Hours) About the Role: We are expanding our US Recruitment Division and looking for an experienced and result-driven Team Lead to manage and mentor a team of recruiters while driving successful delivery for Non IT staffing requirements in the US market. If you have a strong background in US Recruitment, deep domain knowledge in Non IT and a passion for leading teams — this role is built for you. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US Recruiters to achieve individual and team hiring targets Handle complete recruitment life cycle for US requirements — from sourcing to onboarding Allocate requirements within the team and monitor daily recruitment activities and delivery performance Source candidates through job portals, databases, references, networking, and other recruitment channels Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, domain expertise, experience, communication, and cultural fitment Ensure quality submissions within defined turnaround time and maintain strong pipeline management Coordinate with
