Head of Sales – Interior Design | Imaraa Location: Bengaluru Department: Sales & Business Development Reports to: Founder / Managing Director Experience: 8–12+ years Employment: Full time About the Role Imaraa is looking for an ambitious and highly driven Head of Sales to lead our interior design sales function and build a strong, predictable revenue engine. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in interior design, architecture, real estate, luxury home interiors, furniture, or related premium consumer businesses , with strong expertise in consultative selling and closing high-value projects. This person will own the complete sales journey — from lead generation and client acquisition to proposal, negotiation, closure, and handover to the project team. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Develop and execute monthly, quarterly and annual sales strategies. Own revenue targets, sales forecasting and overall sales performance. Build a healthy and measurable sales pipeline. Establish sales processes,



reporting systems and conversion benchmarks. Identify new revenue channels and market opportunities. 2. Lead Generation & Business Development Build a consistent pipeline through referrals, digital leads, networking and strategic partnerships. Develop relationships with architects, builders, developers, real-estate consultants and other industry partners . Explore corporate, luxury residential and high-value interior projects. Build a strong referral and channel-partner ecosystem. 3. Client Acquisition & Closing Lead high-value client meetings and presentations. Understand client requirements, lifestyle, design expectations, budget and timelines. Work closely with the design team to create compelling proposals. Lead commercial discussions, negotiations and closures. Ensure healthy project margins while achieving revenue targets. 4. Team Leadership Build, manage and mentor the sales team.
