Experience: 8–10 Years Location: PAN India / Remote / Hybrid (Jaipur, Hyderabad, Pune, Noida) Engagement – Full-Time (FTE) Shift: 2:30 PM –11:30 PM IST (Adaptable & extended support based on project needs) Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SQL Server DBA to manage and support enterprise database platforms across on-premise and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). The role is primarily centered around Microsoft SQL Server, while also requiring strong hands-on experience in PostgreSQL and exposure to modern cloud-native database services. The ideal candidate should operate as a cross-skilled senior DBA, capable of working across multiple database technologies, supporting both SQL Server and PostgreSQL environments in production, and contributing to cloud-native database operations. The role demands strong ownership of critical systems, along with the ability to adapt to evolving database platforms across relational and non-relational ecosystems. Key Responsibilities 1.



SQL Server Administration & Production Operations • Manage end-to-end SQL Server DBA operations across development, test, and production environments • Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and environment maintenance • Lead performance tuning efforts including execution plan analysis, indexing strategies, and query optimization • Implement and support HA/DR solutions such as Always On Availability Groups, replication, clustering, and log shipping • Manage backup, restore, and disaster recovery with periodic DR validations • Troubleshoot production issues including blocking, deadlocks, IO bottlenecks, and performance degradation 2.
