TCS Hiring for ServiceNow Developer/ Architect Experience: 6+ years Walk in Drive location: Pan India Interview Mode: Virtual JOB Description: Must Have: 6+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform. Strong hands-on experience in at least one ServiceNow module (ITSM/ITOM/CSM/HRSD/FSM/GRC/SecOps/SPM, etc.). Expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Catalog Development. Experience with Flow Designer, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Integrations. Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub. Good understanding of ITIL processes. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Positive to Have: Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, or Orchestration. Certified Application Developer (CAD).
