Job Description as follows:
- Business Process Analysis & Solution Design: Collaborate with sales, engineering, manufacturing, and service teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional specifications and system designs within SAP ECC.
- SAP Configuration (VC, OTC): Configure and customize core SAP modules, primarily Sales and Distribution (SD), Production Planning (PP), and the IBase (Installed Base) module,
to meet business process requirements.
- Install Base/ Equipment Configuration & Data Management: Manage the creation and maintenance of installed bases and their components (technical objects, materials, serial numbers) to track customer-specific product installations.
- Service Integration: Ensure Install Base/Equipment data is correctly structured and integrated with service management processes for warranty tracking, service contracts, and field service operations.
