Job Description: Workday Functional Consultant – Finance / US Payroll / Absence & Time Tracking / Reporting & Prism Experience Required: 5–20 Years Job Location: Bangalore / Pune / Gurgaon / Noida / Mumbai Shift: Rotational Shift – Noon / Evening / Global Time Zones Modules: Workday Finance, US Payroll, Absence & Time Tracking, Reporting & Prism Analytics What Can You Expect? Plan and prioritize work across different phases of the Workday implementation, upgrade, and support lifecycle. Lead or manage Workday implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and production support engagements. Gather business requirements, perform functional analysis, and translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions. Configure and support end-to-end Workday business processes based on the relevant functional module. Support integrations, data conversion, reporting, testing, UAT, go-live, and post-production stabilization. Work closely with Engagement Managers, Project Managers, technical teams, and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Identify risks, dependencies,



and issues proactively and ensure timely resolution. Own functional solutioning and provide guidance to junior consultants and team members. Module-Specific Responsibilities: 1. Workday Finance Configure and support Workday Financial Management processes. Experience across areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking, Expenses, Customer Accounts, Supplier Accounts, and Financial Accounting. Gather requirements and design solutions for financial business processes. Configure business processes, security, accounting structures, worktags, ledgers, journals, and financial reporting. Support financial data conversion, reconciliation, testing, and month-end/year-end processes. Work with integrations and third-party financial systems. Support Workday releases, enhancements, and production issues. 2. Workday US Payroll Configure and support end-to-end Workday US Payroll
