Principal Technical Consultant – Banking Modernization & Integration

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Principal Technical Consultant with strong expertise in solution architecture, Java engineering, enterprise integration, cloud technologies, and client-facing technical consulting .
The role combines Architecture, Engineering, Integration, Consulting, and Client Leadership . You will work with technology organizations of major financial institutions to design and deliver solutions across complex banking ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical solution design for complex banking implementations.
- Translate business and banking requirements into scalable technical architectures.
- Design integrations across core banking systems, APIs, event platforms, data platforms, and cloud services .
- Lead technical workshops, architecture discussions, and design reviews with clients.




- Guide implementation using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kafka, and PostgreSQL .
- Advise clients on integration patterns, scalability, resilience, and cloud architecture.
- Troubleshoot complex distributed-system and production issues.
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams.
- Develop reusable implementation patterns and technical accelerators.
- Mentor technical consultants and raise engineering standards.
