Clinical Coding Specialist / DRG Coding Lead
- Level: Senior Coder (L5),
- 7–9 years clinical experience — 1 opening
- Education: Medical or related field
- Certification: Required coding certification
- Key Skills:
- Expert-level ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS Level II
- Robust medical terminology, anatomy, physiology knowledge
- Ability to interpret complex clinical documentation
- People management & client engagement experience
- Manages a market/portfolio, supervises 2–3 coders
- Basic Excel (filters, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Availability: Immediate preferred
