ROLE DESCRIPTION Andamen is entering a phase where our technology will need to support a many-fold larger, increasingly omnichannel business across D2C, marketplaces and offline retail.



Technology therefore has to evolve into both a growth engine and the operating backbone of the organisation . As Senior Manager – Engineering, you will head Engineering and own Andamen’s end-to-end technology ecosystem : our Shopify D2C platform, upcoming native app, customer and growth technology, OMS, returns and fulfilment systems, enterprise applications, integrations, and the architecture connecting them. This is not a role for someone who simply manages development or delivers stakeholder requirements. You will understand the underlying business problem, challenge solutions where required, architect the right technology response, and build for substantially greater scale. While you won’t own D2C revenue, you will own technology’s contribution to the customer experience, business revenue and profit. On the enterprise side, you will build an increasingly automated, reliable and low-leakage technology backbone. KE
