Role Description
We are looking for a Sales Specialist to manage qualified enquiries and convert prospective homeowners into Simplify Home clients.
The role involves:
• Engaging with current leads and understanding their interior requirements, budget and timelines
• Conducting client consultations and presenting Simplify Home’s design and execution capabilities
• Managing follow-ups and maintaining an active sales pipeline
• Preparing and presenting proposals in coordination with design and commercial teams
• Handling client objections, commercial discussions and negotiations
• Driving projects from enquiry to booking and initial
