Ltd. is looking for an Sales Manager to drive business development, sales, and revenue growth across Madurai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B/B2C sales, business development, client acquisition, channel development, and project-based sales . Candidates with experience in Building Materials, Construction, Real Estate, Infrastructure, EdTech, Sports Infrastructure, or related project-based industries will be preferred. Key Responsibilities Develop and generate new business opportunities across Karnataka through B2B and B2C channels . Identify and acquire clients from: Building Materials & Construction Real Estate & Developers Infrastructure & Government Projects Schools, Colleges & Educational Institutions Corporate & Institutional Clients Builders, Contractors, Consultants & Architects Sports Clubs,



Academies & Fitness Centres Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners, dealers, contractors, builders, consultants and institutional clients . Handle company-generated B2C leads and convert prospects into successful sales. Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, presentations and follow-ups. Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the CRM/Presales team for quotations, proposals and project designs . Present proposals to clients and support negotiations and closures along with the Branch Manager. Drive sales pipeline and ensure consistent movement of leads from Lead → Meeting/Site Visit → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure . Follow up on outstanding payments and support timely collection from customers. Maintain accurate lead, chance, follow-up and sales information in Runo CRM .
