Maximum notice period: 15 days Job Location: Bangalore (WFO) ✅ 2 to 3+ years in Workday Reporting ✅ Experience creating Advanced Reports and Calculated Fields ✅ Independent report development and troubleshooting experience ✅ Robust stakeholder communication skills ✅ Engineering or technical educational background Technical Skills 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Workday Reporting Experience building: Custom Reports Advanced Reports Matrix Reports Dashboards Calculated Fields Ability to independently: Gather requirements Design reports Test and validate outputs Troubleshoot reporting issues Professional Skills Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience working with global teams across different time zones Ability to manage multiple reporting requests simultaneously Documentation and change-management experience Strong focus on data privacy, confidentiality, and accuracy Education Engineering Degree or equivalent technical background
