Telecaller –Lead Generation and leads follow up at Educational Institute

Main role: Calling and following up with leads, generating interest, and scheduling counselling/demo sessions.

✓ Key responsibilities:

• Call prospective students and parents from provided leads.
• Explain basic information about courses and programs.
• Understand the candidate's initial requirements and interest.
• Follow up regularly with interested leads.
• Schedule counselling sessions, meetings, or demo classes.
• Maintain accurate call records and lead status in CRM/Excel.
• Work towards daily calling, follow-up, and appointment targets.
• Coordinate with the counselling and sales team.

✓Ideal candidate:

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and preferably Marathi.
• Comfortable with calling and follow-ups.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and Excel.
• Freshers with robust communication skills can apply.
• Previous experience in telecalling, education, or sales is an advantage.
