About Us
We are building a next-generation Real World Asset (RWA) platform focused on tokenizing real estate, precious metals, and other regulated assets. Our vision is to create an enterprise-grade platform that combines blockchain technology with solid compliance, security, and institutional reliability.

We are seeking a founding technical leader who will define the blockchain architecture, build the platform from the ground up, and lead the future engineering team.

Role Overview
As the Founding Blockchain Architect, you will own the blockchain strategy and technical implementation for our tokenization platform. You will design secure smart contracts, build the blockchain infrastructure, establish engineering standards, and work closely with leadership to shape the product roadmap.





This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep technical expertise, architectural thinking, and experience delivering production blockchain systems.

Architecture
- Design the overall blockchain architecture for an enterprise RWA platform.
- Define tokenization workflows for real estate, precious metals, and other assets.
- Build scalable, secure, and maintainable blockchain solutions.
- Recommend technology choices and justify architectural decisions.
- Design for future scalability, interoperability, and regulatory requirements.

Blockchain Development
- Develop production-grade Solana programs using Rust and the Anchor Framework.
