Job Description
- Hands-on experience with tools like CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, or similar app/web analytics, retention, and engagement platforms.
- Proficient in using campaign channels, including:
- Push Notifications
- SMS
- Email
- In-app/Web pop-ups
- WhatsApp and similar platforms
- Solid understanding of the Acquisition, Engagement, Retention, and Renewals funnel.
- Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Proficient in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations.
- Have prior experience of working on user retention.
