Position Purpose
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Backend Developer - Java to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end software solutions. You will work in an Agile setting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality code that aligns with the Group’s architecture guidelines and business objectives.

Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable backend applications using Java with a deep understanding of Core Java concepts (Collections, Multithreading, Streams API).




- Translate functional requirements and business needs into detailed technical specifications and architecture designs.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and participate in peer code reviews to ensure high standards of quality.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks in production and non-production environments.
- Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives) and collaborate closely with Business Analysts and Product Owners.
- Execute (CI/CD) continuous integration and deployment pipelines to ensure a smooth delivery calendar.
- Stay updated with emerging technology trends and propose improvements to existing systems to enhance scalability and robustness.
