Assurance Manager – CA ( Mumbai and Hyderabad )
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple audit & assurance engagements , ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Plan audit objectives, develop audit strategy, and identify/manage key audit risks.
- Review and analyze financial statements, accounting records, and financial reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain regular client communication , manage expectations, and ensure strong client relationships.
- Supervise, train, and mentor audit team members and provide performance feedback.
- Manage multiple priorities while ensuring adherence to qualified and firm standards.

Requirements
- CA / CPA qualified
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Audit & Assurance
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory/team management experience
- Strong experience working with Financial Services clients , particularly:
- Broker Dealers
- Private Equity / Venture Capital
- Hedge Funds
- Funds of Funds
- Strong analytical, communication, client management, and team leadership skills.
