Role : Windows VMware Experience : 5 to 10 years Location : Bangalore Must have skills: Windows Server Administration: Hands-on experience in managing Windows infrastructure and services Active Directory & Group Policy Management: Proficiency in user management, policies, and domain configurations Virtualization Basics: Ability to manage virtual machines and troubleshoot basic VMware/Hyper-V issues Patching & Compliance: Experience in applying security patches and ensuring system compliance Troubleshooting & Incident Resolution:



Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve system issues Team Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Valuable to have: Minimum 2 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners Experience with Citrix, Windows 365, or Microsoft Intune Knowledge of Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS) and hybrid Wintel environments Basic exposure to DevOps tools (Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines) Understanding of SIEM tools (Splunk, Azure Sentinel) for security monitoring Certifications: MCSA, MCSE, ITIL Foundation, VMware VCP
