Job Description:
- Extensive hands-on experience in SAP ABAP-HR.
- Solid knowledge of HR infotypes and structures, logical databases (PNP / PNPCE), and payroll and time management clusters.
- Experience in custom report development, enhancements, user exits, and HR-specific BAdIs.
- Competence in performance tuning of HR reports.
- Basic understanding of HR authorisations and data security.
- Familiarity with transport management and change control processes.
- Experience working with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, and Jira.
