About the Role: Most QA teams find bugs. Our QA leaders build platforms that render bugs obsolete. If you view quality engineering as an architectural discipline rather than a checkbox exercise, we want to talk. We are looking for an Automation Test Lead to own our testing strategy, build scalable frameworks from scratch, and mentor a high-velocity team of automation engineers. THE MISSION: Architect & Automate: Design, execute, and scale high-speed automation frameworks across Web, Mobile (iOS/Android), and REST APIs with zero legacy constraints. Shift-Left Engineering: Integrate automated suites directly into DevOps CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab) for continuous, reliable daily deployments. Lead the Standard: Mentor a talent-dense engineering team, setting the benchmark for performance, code quality, and testing rigor. Cross-Functional Impact: Collaborate directly with Product and Core Engineering leads to embed high-performance QA into every sprint. WHO YOU ARE: Experience: 10+ years in Software Quality Engineering, with 2+ years in technical leadership .



Core Code: Mastery in Java, Python, or TypeScript/JavaScript . Framework Mastery: Hands-on experience architecting suites in Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or RestAssured . DevOps Native: Proven expertise seamlessly wiring automated tests into CI/CD build environments and validating backend API architectures. WHY BUILD WITH US?
