Role Description This is a full time, on-site Desktop Support Engineer role based in Mumbai.



The Desktop Support Engineer will provide hands-on technical support for desktop computers, laptops, and related hardware and software used by internal users. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, installing and configuring operating systems and applications, managing printer support, and performing routine maintenance to ensure optimal system performance. The role involves troubleshooting network connectivity problems, escalating complex incidents to senior engineers when necessary, and documenting solutions and support activities. The Desktop Support Engineer will collaborate with other IT team members to maintain a secure and stable IT environment and deliver prompt, customer-focused support.
Qualifications
