Dear Candidate, Greetings Your profile has been shortlisted for an Application Support / Cloud Engineer opportunity. This role is not limited to DevOps activities. It involves: Triaging, investigating, and resolving support tickets. ( Mandatory) Troubleshooting infrastructure, cloud services, microservices, and application issues. Understanding existing code to identify potential issues. Performing basic code-level analysis; extensive development is not required. Supporting incident resolution and production troubleshooting. Using AI assistant tools to help troubleshoot issues and identify fixes.
