Hiring: SAP HCM Testing Consultant | 6–10 Years
Locations: Bengaluru | Hyderabad | Pune | Chennai | Kolkata
We are looking for experienced SAP HCM Testing Consultants with strong hands-on expertise in Time Management & Payroll .
Key Skills & Experience
- 6–10 years of SAP HCM Testing experience
- Robust expertise in SAP HCM Time Management & Payroll
- Hands-on testing of PCRs, Payroll Schemas & custom ABAP reports/objects
- Experience with Time Evaluation (RPTIME00), Quota Processing (RPTQTA00) & Retroactive Payroll
- Strong experience in Regression, SIT & UAT testing
- Hands-on experience with TOSCA or similar SAP test automation tools
- Experience in JIRA, Agile & Delivery
- Strong defect management, test data management & documentation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have
- S/4HANA HCM
- Fiori/OData testing
- SAP HCM integrations with third-party/ServiceNow-type systems
- Collective agreement/union & non-union testing
- SAP HCM Functional Certification
