Role Overview

As a Python Backend Developer , you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting AI-enabled automation solutions. The role combines backend application development, workflow automation, and integration of AI/GenAI capabilities to improve business processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to build scalable Python-based solutions, support AI-driven workflows,



and contribute to continuous model improvement through feedback and monitoring mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and automation solutions
- Build and support backend services, APIs, and workflow integrations
- Develop and enhance AI-enabled business workflows and process automation solution.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and implement solutions
- Support AI model feedback loops, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing automation applications
- Ensure code quality, reliability, performance, and maintainability through best development practices
- Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and production support activities
- Contribute to documentation, reusable components, and technical standards
