What You'll Do
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Elicit, define, and prioritise functional and non-functional requirements for enterprise applications and digital products.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases.
- Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimisation, automation, and digital transformation.




- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, requirement walkthroughs, and solution discussions.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, and project managers throughout the product lifecycle.
- Support solution design, feature validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production rollouts.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, business insights, and decision-support information.
- Assist with change management, process documentation, and training materials.
- Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives, customer expectations, and project scope.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Analyst, or Systems Analyst.
