About the Role

Swid Renewables Limited is looking for a proactive and process-oriented Training Manager to build and manage the company’s training, SOP, documentation, and knowledge management system.

The Training Manager will be responsible for creating training content, conducting physical and video-based trainings, developing SOPs, maintaining a company knowledge database, identifying training gaps, optimizing processes, and ensuring employees are properly trained to perform their roles safely, efficiently, and consistently.

The person may not be an expert in every domain, but must be capable of learning from internal experts and converting their knowledge into straightforward, practical, and effective training content for the concerned departments and employees.

Key Responsibilities
Create training documents, presentations, manuals, SOPs,



checklists, posters, videos, and learning modules for Safety, Quality, Operations, Projects, HR, Admin, and other departments.
Conduct classroom, site-level, online, and video-based trainings for new joiners and existing employees.
Coordinate with internal experts to understand technical and process requirements and convert them into clear training material.
Work with the Graphics and Video Editing Team to create professional training videos, visual guides, posters, and digital learning content.
Build and maintain a centralized company knowledge database, including SOPs, manuals, formats, checklists, and training records.
Identify areas where employees are lacking training by reviewing process gaps, quality issues, safety observations, audit findings, project delays, and repeated mistakes.
Prepare and implement department-wise and site-wise training calendars.
