About KrishiDukan
KrishiDukan is an AgriTech platform building a digital ecosystem connecting farmers, agricultural retailers and manufacturers.
We are expanding our sales team and looking for ambitious field sales professionals who want to work directly with agricultural businesses and help grow KrishiDukan across new markets.
What You’ll Do
As a Field Sales Executive, you will own sales and retailer acquisition within your assigned territory.
Your responsibilities will include:
Visit Krushi Seva Kendras and agricultural retailers in your territory
Identify and approach prospective customers
Demonstrate the KrishiDukan platform to business owners
Understand retailer requirements and explain relevant KrishiDukan solutions
Convert prospects into paid customers
Onboard and activate recent retailers on the platform
Build long-term relationships with retailers




Follow up with interested prospects and close pending opportunities
Maintain a daily sales pipeline and report progress
Achieve monthly sales and acquisition targets
Sales Target
This is a performance-driven sales role.
The initial sales target is approximately ₹2,00,000 in monthly platform sales, with targets reviewed based on territory, experience and performance.
High performers will have the opportunity to take responsibility for larger territories and grow into senior sales roles as KrishiDukan expands.
