Role Description The Cold Caller Executive is a full-time remote role focused on engaging prospective healthcare clients and generating qualified leads for Drapto’s platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls to clinics, hospitals, and healthcare groups, introducing Drapto’s solutions, and clearly explaining the value proposition to potential decision-makers.



The role involves identifying client needs, answering initial questions, and scheduling follow-up calls or product demonstrations for the sales team. The Cold Caller Executive will maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM tools, follow call scripts while adapting to individual conversations, and meet or exceed daily and weekly outreach targets. Collaboration with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and share feedback from prospects is expected.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and active listening abilities.
Experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, inside sales, or customer support, preferably in B2B or technology-driven environments.
Ability to understand and convey technology and healthcare concepts in a simple, confident, and professional manner.
Comfort with remote work, including proficiency with CR
