Role Description The Video Editor role at Creative⁺ Academy is a full-time, on-site/hybrid position based in Delhi, India. The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage from workshops and events, editing videos for promotional campaigns, social media, and educational materials, and ensuring consistent visual storytelling aligned with the academy’s brand. Daily tasks include organizing media assets, applying transitions and effects, synchronizing audio and video, performing basic color correction,



and preparing final deliverables in multiple formats. The role will also involve collaborating with instructors and the marketing team to plan video concepts, incorporate feedback, and maintain a consistent release schedule for video content.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing for creating high-quality, engaging content.
Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to design titles, lower thirds, and visual elements that support storytelling.
Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro) and basic audio editing skills.
Strong sense of visual composition, pacing, and narrative, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to collaborate effectively with creative and marketing teams, manage deadlines, and work on-site in Delhi, India.
