Role Description The Growth Partner Sales and Marketing Field Sales role is responsible for driving business growth by expanding the customer base and deepening relationships with existing clients in the stationery market. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pali, involving regular visits to retailers, distributors,



and institutional buyers to present product offerings and negotiate orders. The role includes planning and executing field sales strategies, gathering market intelligence, and providing feedback to marketing and product teams. The individual will collaborate with internal stakeholders to support promotional campaigns, monitor competitor activity, and ensure brand visibility at key points of sale. Daily activities also involve maintaining accurate sales reports, meeting defined targets, and representing the Sankhlecha brand professionally in all external interactions.
Qualifications
Experience in field sales or business development, preferably in FMCG, stationery, printing, or related industries.
Solid sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities with retailers, distributors, and institutional customers.
Foundational knowledge of marketing principles, including trade promotions, branding, and territory development.
