What You Will Be Selling: You will be pitching high-value tech and marketing solutions to businesses, specifically targeting the real estate sector. Your portfolio will include:
Digital Marketing Services: High-ticket lead generation, social media management, and audience engagement.
Proprietary Real Estate SaaS: Our custom CRM platforms, automated lead-routing tools, AI-based social media post generators, and WhatsApp automation bots.
The Ideal Candidate:
Education: Recent BBA or MBA passout.
The Presence: Extremely confident, impeccably presented, and possesses a great personality.
The Skills:
Elite communication, robust convincing power, and sharp negotiation tactics.
The Languages: Must be highly comfortable conversing in Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, and Marwari.
The Compensation (Uncapped Potential):
Base Stipend: ₹7,000 - ₹10,000 per month (depending on the candidate).
The Multiplier: Prove yourself by generating a minimum of 5x your base salary in revenue within a month, and you unlock our incentive structure.
The Earning Potential: Incentives are completely uncapped. Top performers can easily scale their take-home up to ₹50,000/month. The ceiling is entirely in your hands.
