Role Description
As a Sr. Photographer & Videographer, you'll play a key role in shaping Decibel's visual content across brands. This role requires you to shoot both photo and video — this is not an either/or role. Strong technical fundamentals in shooting and editing, an eye for composition and lighting, and collaboration skills are essential to translate ideas into compelling, consistent, and effective brand content.

Relevant Details
• Work Time: Monday - Friday • Time:



10 AM to 7 PM
• Type: Hybrid (3 times a week from office, plus shoot days as required)
• Location: Nehru Place, New Delhi
• Will be required to travel to shoot locations; personal transport is a plus
• Must own a full-frame camera with wide-angle and prime lenses, and a gimbal
• Personal laptop also required, capable of running heavy editing software
• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience)
• Work Experience: 0-5 years (candidates with strong freelance experience are welcome)
• Preferred Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities
High-quality shoot and edit execution: Deliver polished, visually robust photo and video content across social, digital campaigns, and brand shoots, with high craft and consistency across multiple shoots or edits at once.
End-to-end shoot ownership: Plan, shoot, and execute both photo and video content on location and in-studio, handling lighting,
