Role Description The Head of Strategic Finance (Fundraising & Investor Relations).This role leads fundraising strategy, including identifying potential investors, preparing investor materials, managing due diligence, and driving end-to-end capital raise processes. The position oversees investor relations by maintaining transparent communication, preparing regular performance updates, and coordinating board and stakeholder reporting. Day-to-day responsibilities include owning financial planning, budgeting, long-range forecasts, and scenario analyses that support strategic decisions and growth initiatives. The role partners closely with the leadership team to align financial strategy with business goals, optimize capital allocation, and ensure high-quality financial reporting and metrics for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
Solid foundation in Finance with demonstrated experience in strategic and corporate finance leadership.




Ability to interpret and manage Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to support decision-making and stakeholder communication.
Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning, including long-term forecasting and resource allocation.
Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating business performance, building financial models, and assessing fundraising scenarios.
Proven experience in fundraising, investor relations, or managing relationships with VCs, institutional investors, or strategic partners.
Comfort working in a data-driven, technology-focused environment; experience in automotive, mobility, sustainability, or deep-tech is an advantage.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex financial and technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Has closed at least one early-stage institutional round (seed or Series A) and understands where due diligence tends to break down
