Hiring Sales Associate – Real Estate | Panvel

Location: Panvel / Navi Mumbai
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a Sales Representative/Associate to handle and accompany clients during their real estate site visits across Panvel and Navi Mumbai.

The ideal candidate should be presentable, confident, well-spoken, and comfortable interacting with property buyers. Prior experience in real estate sales or a good understanding of the Panvel/Navi Mumbai property market will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accompany clients during project/site visits in Panvel and Navi Mumbai.
* Coordinate with clients regarding their site visit schedules and requirements.
* Welcome and assist clients at project locations and provide a smooth site-visit experience.
* Explain basic project details, location advantages, amenities, configurations and other relevant information.
* Understand the client's requirements and communicate their feedback to the sales team.




* Coordinate with developers/project sales teams during site visits.
* Follow up with clients after visits and maintain basic visit records.
* Build a professional and trustworthy relationship with prospective buyers.
* Be available for field visits, including weekends, as per client schedules.

Candidate Requirements:

* 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales / property consulting preferred.
* Candidates with knowledge of Panvel, Navi Mumbai and surrounding micro-markets will be preferred.
* Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
* Presentable and skilled personality.
* Comfortable travelling locally for site visits.
* Should have a customer-first approach and be able to handle clients professionally.
* Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence would be an advantage.
* Should be comfortable working on weekends when required.
