Role Description This is a full time, on-site Commission Sales Associate role based in Rajarhat. The Commission Sales Associate will actively engage customers on the showroom floor, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations that reflect Clothology Global®’s quality and brand values.



Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, explaining product features and pricing, handling inquiries, and closing sales to meet individual and team targets. The role involves maintaining visual merchandising standards, ensuring product displays are appealing, and keeping the sales area organized and well-stocked. The associate will also process transactions, manage basic customer records, follow up with potential and existing customers, and collaborate with the team to deliver an excellent in-store experience.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with diverse clients.
