Role Description This is a full-time, in office Medical Representative role based in Gurugram. The Medical Representative will visit healthcare professionals and medical facilities to promote and explain the company’s products, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is shared. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling and conducting sales calls, product demonstrations, and follow-up meetings, as well as maintaining relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other stakeholders.



The role involves monitoring market trends, gathering feedback, and reporting on sales activities and territory performance. The Medical Representative will also coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, resolve customer queries, and support promotional events or product training sessions.
Qualifications
Strong Medical Sales skills, including experience promoting pharmaceutical or healthcare products and meeting sales targets.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and respond to inquiries effectively.
Foundational knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy to understand product indications, usage, and compliance requirements.
Ability to plan and manage a sales territory, including visit scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, healthcare, or a related field is prefe
