Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through institutional partnerships, corporate alliances, training contracts, and workforce development initiatives. We're looking for a proactive individual who can generate new business, build long-term client relationships, manage the full sales cycle, and consistently meet revenue targets. This is a revenue-generating role with transparent ownership of business development, client acquisition, and regional expansion.
