Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Internship role based in Pune & Mumbai, focused on the construction and automobile sectors. Interns will support sales activities by identifying prospective clients, assisting in lead generation, and participating in client meetings and site visits. Daily tasks include explaining product and service offerings, preparing basic sales presentations, maintaining customer records, and following up on inquiries under the guidance of senior team members. Interns will collaborate with sales and customer service teams to understand market needs, contribute to promotional initiatives,



and gain hands-on experience in B2B sales within the construction and automobile domains. The role is designed to help career-aspiring candidates develop practical sales skills and industry exposure.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Sales Management skills, including lead handling, basic negotiation, and pipeline tracking.
Candidates should possess the ability to participate in and support Training activities, such as learning product knowledge and sharing information with customers.
Basic understanding or interest in the construction and automobile sectors is beneficial.
Enrollment in or completion of a degree/diploma in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Strong motivation to build a career in sales, with a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.
