About the Role
We are a growing solar energy company delivering Off-Grid systems, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), On-Grid solar plants, and PV engineering consulting to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and smart-working Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive current business, build lasting customer relationships, and grow our brand in the clean-energy market.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys meeting customers, understands (or is eager to learn) solar products, and knows how to use modern tools — including AI tools — to work faster and smarter.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate, follow up, and close qualified leads across Off-Grid, BESS, On-Grid, and PV consulting offerings, and convert them into orders.
• Meet and engage prospective customers — in person and online — to understand their energy needs and recommend the right solar solution.
• Prepare clear, professional proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to each customer.
• Coordinate with the engineering / technical team to size systems, estimate savings, and answer customer questions accurately.
• Support and execute marketing activities — social media posts, brochures, email campaigns, exhibitions, and local outreach — to build the brand and fill the sales pipeline.
• Maintain strong customer relationships after the sale to encourage referrals, repeat business, and positive reviews.
