Role Description The Credit Manager role at Vistaar Financial Services Pvt Ltd is a full-time, in office position based in Shivamogga.



The Credit Manager will evaluate loan applications from micro and small enterprises, conduct detailed credit assessments, and make recommendations aligned with the company’s credit policies and risk appetite. Daily responsibilities include analyzing financial and non-financial information, reviewing business cash flows, conducting field visits where needed, and ensuring proper documentation and compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines. The role involves approving credit within defined authority levels, monitoring portfolio quality, tracking early warning signals, and coordinating with branch teams to maintain strong asset quality. The Credit Manager will collaborate with operations and collections teams, contribute to refining credit processes and products, and support training of field staff on credit standards and risk management.
