Role Description:- This full-time Ticketing Agent role is an in office position based in Ajmer & Africa. The Ticketing Agent will assist customers with booking and issuing tickets for flights and other travel services, ensuring accurate reservations and timely confirmations. Responsibilities include managing inquiries in person, by phone, and online, providing fare and schedule information,



and offering suitable travel options based on client needs and budget. The role involves processing changes, cancellations, and refunds in accordance with company policies and vendor rules, while maintaining up-to-date records in ticketing and reservation systems. The Ticketing Agent will also support sales initiatives, promote relevant travel products, handle payments securely, and collaborate with team members to deliver a positive customer experience and meet performance targets.

Qualifications:-
Candidates should possess strong Ticket Sales and Sales skills to handle bookings, upselling, and revenue generation.
Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and support a diverse client base.
