Role Description The Cluster Manager Hospital at RAHI Care Official is a full-time, on-site role based in Sambalpur.



This position is responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple renal care centers within the cluster, ensuring consistent quality of patient care, adherence to clinical protocols, and efficient practice and hospital management. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising center managers and staff, monitoring operational performance, managing budgets and resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. The role also involves building robust relationships with patients, caregivers, hospital partners, and the medical community, addressing service issues promptly, and driving patient satisfaction. The Cluster Manager will regularly review performance metrics, implement process improvements, support staffing and training needs, and collaborate with senior management to achieve business and clinical objectives for the region.
