we are a growing B2B food business with operations in organic foods + dairy manufacturing, handling bulk orders and multiple product categories.

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager who can take ownership of daily production, packaging, inventory and dispatch and improve on-time delivery.

Key responsibilities:
* Production & order planning
* Packaging & dispatch management
* Raw-material & packaging inventory
* Team/worker management
* Purchase coordination
* Daily MIS & reporting
* Reduce delays, wastage and stock-outs
* Implement SOPs and improve processes
* Coordinate operations across locations

We are looking for:
* 4–7 years hands-on FMCG/Food/Dairy operations experience
* Solid production & dispatch planning
* Good Excel/MIS skills
* Strong team-management ability
* Problem solver with ownership mindset
* B2B/bulk-order experience preferred
* Lean/Six Sigma knowledge is a plus, not mandatory

Important: We need a hands-on operator, not only a desk manager. Candidate should be comfortable working directly with production, warehouse and packing teams.
